Fall River is California’s largest spring creek and is home to a huge population of wild rainbow trout. Join me in my 16ft jonboat as we fish a variety of techniques on this technical spring creek fishery. During a typical day we fish sinking line, nymph/indicator, and dry fly techniques. The river has predictable hatches, with some of the best being the pale morning duns, hexegenia mayflies, and callibaetis. I fish Fall River from May through October.
